From the Screen One Instruction Page (as described above), an accountant with your Public School can access the system using the login information provided by an administrator. See below under ADMINISTRATION/User Manager.
Once in the system, a matching funds company will be presented with the following links: Donation Manager, View Past Donations, Pay Matching Amount Donation, Help, Modify Password, and Log Out.
In this area of the web site a matching fund company will be able to view donations made for them to match their matching calculation, and matching total owed to your Public School. Personal or contact information about donors will not be given to a matching funds company. The matching funds company will only be able to view donation amounts to view how much matching funds they are currently committed to paying.
View Past Donations
Information on the most recent 10 donations made by the matching funds company will be displayed. The history of additional past donations will be accessible through a link at the bottom of the page and will be displayed in chronological series. A total donation amount will appear. A receipt can be printed for individual donations by clicking on that field. A search option will be made available for a user to quickly retrieve past donations. The search will include a date range and text area for search parameters.
Pay Matching Amount Donation
Additional donations can be made from this area without having to go through the profile information section. This will enable the matching funds company to pay for their matching donations.
Instructions on how a matching funds company may use the features of DS Contributions will be provided.
A matching funds company may change their password.
